Why didn't the Boise coach call timeout after Oregon state pulled within 2? Wow.

Pivec is everywhere getting tie ups. OSU up 4 w/ the ball, halfway thru OT.

Slocum has finally come to life w/ a couple drives. BSU got a mid range jumper. Now an OSU turnover. 74-70 1:41 left.

Huh. Loose ball foul, FTs for Boise. I didn't see anything.

Another TO for OSU. Just completely bonehead pass.

Bowers is killing OSU. Getting O boards, drawing fouls. OSU was up 6 and might figure out a way to lose this still.

Missed 2 FTs, get the ball back on a wild scramble w/ the ball knocked out of bounds. Being reviewed.

edit--lengthy review gives the ball to OSU

Didn't notice it before, but it kind of looks like Pivec has a shiner.

Huge 3 by Lupfer. Drew them back to within 1. OSU has been hitting their FTs lately, 8 straight.

OSU has made several plays that I would consider a bit ill-advised, yet they worked. Like that alley-oop inbounds play near the end of regulation that could have easily ended with a big fat nothing. Also OSU's decision to fast break up 2 near the end of OT instead of killing clock.

OSU is doing a terrible job of defending the 3 point line. That one rimmed out but how do you give up any good looks? Sell out defending the 3, let them shoot 2s.

Dodged a bullet. Hit their last 12 FTs after being terrible the rest of the game. 80-75 final.

Even with the 2 injured players out, GU has a very good chance of taking out OSU. If they don't play better than this.

OSU squeaks by. FTs almost killed them during most of the game but saved them at the end of the game. My decision to have them winning over Gonzaga is looking shaky, though. :P

Critical coaching mistake was Boise State's coach declining to call timeout and advance the ball. Instead OSU gets a tie-up and the ensuing tying bucket. He then called timeout but too late, game's already tied. Bonehead.

So you lead by 2 with 13 seconds left. Why would you choose to inbound the ball under your opponent's basket when you can call timeout and advance the ball? Huge mistake there.

Huh, I think those were both good decisions. That was a close-range shot of the tip-in. Feels like pretty good odds that she makes it or gets fouled.

Once they broke the Boise press, they had an easy bucket on the other end....they can't catch up if you keep scoring.

Wasn't that a deadball situation? Can't advance the ball on that I don't think.

Refs trying to save ORST, foul on that inbound and they call jump ball.

You're absolutely right. They did foul her. Also a couple of real questionable fouls on Boise players that should have been "play on"
