Madon, we can't even pull this off for a home game :D

Hawkeyes' home field advantage so apparent in Indy that they were able to color coordinate entire sections

Clemson punter brainfurt. Really. Could cost them a national championship. (The 3 false starts didn't help either. )

I should have said shot at a NC.

Followed up that series with a targeting ejection. Going to to be an interesting Clemson locker room at the half.

Iowa RB Jordan Canzeri won't return due to an ankle injury, per Fox.

.-.
SDSU has a great offense doing it with a backup qb too.

Great D, no O... Iowa feels like our B1G spirit animal.

85 yd TD pass for Iowa. And Gus Johnson almost blew out his vocal chords.

Well I take that back - hell of a TD throw there for the Hawkeyes!

What a 2nd effort by Scott there to cross the plane for Michigan State.

.-.
What a game. Seems like MSU just finds ways to win.
I think this will be their last week finding ways to win. OU is playing the best football of anyone in the country right now...Bama and Clemson are just better teams than Sparty is.

There were two undefeated teams in the top 4. One of those teams, the 4th ranked, just lost to the #5 team on a neutral field by 3 points. So why are they out and Oklahoma in? Iowa's loss is better than Oklahoma's and not sure Oklahoma's best win was all that great.

Did you even watch OU last week? They are hands down the best team in the country right now. No one is even close. They also beat 5 ranked teams 2 of which were in the top 10 (Tennessee #23, WVU #23, Baylor #4, TCU #11, OSU #9).

Sorry but Clemson is the best team in the country. They will win the NC fairly easily.

I did. I also watched them lose to a 5 win Texas team. Did you watch Iowa's last game?

To be clear, I am not really advocating for Iowa. I just don't get this committee's logic.

You have a willing betting partner here Nos. I should have bet you on the MD coaching hire too...

I didn't either till I caught the Arute show on my way home from western NJ the other day. They basically take the scope of work, strength of schedule, and the good and bad wins/losses and start to filter teams out. It was pretty interesting....one of the things they talked about was how OU by the way they had played the last 3 weeks of their schedule particularly against OSU had cemented their way into the top 4 and the CFP...it was interesting how they talked about what-if's especially if NC had won tonight.

Ha! I'd be happy to but I've already bet Clemson--a lot. Some early, some recent. Some in Vegas and some on-line. Here's one example.

Bet $75.00 to Win $1875.00

So I've put my money where my mouth is. Even back on Sept 1st when they were ranked 12th. (I also bet them in September to win the ACC at nice odds---winner!!). Look, we all understand that no bet is a sure thing but I wouldn't trade the bets I hold on Clemson right now for any of the other three teams. You can go ahead and root against me--but I'm pretty confident I'll be collecting. And if I don't I'll accept the slings and arrows and move on. Bottom line there are two truths: there's nothing better than college football and there's no better team to root for than the UConn Huskies. Have a good night.

A win by UNC would have caused chaos.

The ACC refs made sure the ACC would have their undefeated team in the playoff. One of the worst offside calls ever in college football on that onside kick. Not even close.

You have that right!!!

Yeah they were all pretty unanimous in the fact that Stanford with a good win last night would have jumped into the CFP as the 4th team

The big 12 is a big fat fraud. They are lucky OU is where they are. OU is the only team in the top tier of the b12 that played anyone ooc. The others, played more fcs teams than p5 teams and the number isn't even close. They were bolstered by preseason rankings and a cupcake schedule. OU had a loss to a horrible Texas team and quite frankly is lucky that the pac12 cannibalized itself this year because they don't belong.

I would love to hear the Line Judges rationale for what he saw.

The essence of bad officiating is when refs call what they think happened. Their job is to simply call what they see. I would rather an official miss a call and tell me, sorry i just couldn't see it instead of some BS about a blown call that never happened. No one was close to offsides lnthat play, so what was he calling?
