Incredible. When UConn tied the record with16 threes, thought it would be fitting for Sanogo to break the record for the 17th three pointer. Sure enough. Not only did he hit it, but he drilled it from the left side and not from the top of the key where he’s been hitting him.
What a complete scoring game from the team overall. They peppered the court. From inside the paint, a few jumpers and beyond the arch. Tough to game plan against UConn if the boys keep performing like this. And it’s not just a few players, the whole team is cashing in. Great to see we have some scorers. It’s refreshing. No more isolation ball.
