Interesting College Gameday piece this past Saturday. Coach Saban talked about how his coaching career basically took off in 1998 after his focus went from transactional to transitional.
Made me wonder aloud where Mora is with us. Right now, I think in between. Wonder how we can completely get to transitional.

Mora is definitely on that transformational track. Even with his assistant coaches.

Mora is transformational. He definitely is trying to develop his coaches and build something in an NIL era that is built for transactional relations.

He literally has a 2-3 former players that are coaching living in his home with him.
