As a Pac12 fan, I really like how virtually all the programs are stepping up in the coaching department. Look for Arizona to enter the mix in a couple of years - solid recruiting and impressive coaching.

Arizona was much more competitive already in year one under Coach Barnes and she seems to be recruiting quite well, so I'd definitely expect to see them clawing their way up thru the rankings.

I don't think simply consistently making the S16 is necessarily thriving.

In the case of OSU, I was thinking more in terms of winning or sharing the conference crown 3 straight years. They will be very hard pressed to do it a 4th straight year, but I still expect them to finish in the upper third of the conference standings.

Lots of losses for Maryland: Brionna Jones, Shatori Walker Kimbrough, Destiny Slocum, Kiah Gillespie and Jenna Staiti. The last two go to depth
