Well, if West Virginia secedes from the Big East effective immediately, Louisville receives a postseason bowl ban, and UConn-Cincinnati ends in a double forfeit after every player from both teams is tossed a brawl, then I think Rutgers would get the bid. He's probably figuring out how to engineer that.
