46-45, Hawkeyes at 3:54, 3rd.
 
11.1 left, Iowa by 4 w/ possession...
 
Iowa wins it. Both teams played hard, but game was won (or lost) on the FT line. My scratch stat had Iowa hitting ~15 more FTs than Rutgers attempted. RU also missed a flock of shots at the rim.
