If Rutgers wins, Uconn gets the 9 seed and Depaul on Tuesday.

St. Johns is up by 1 with 8 minutes to go, but 3 of their starters (Harkless, Pointer, Harrison) all have 4 fouls. They only have 6 scholarship players, so Lavin might need to go to the walkons.

Am I the only one who prefers the Providence, Louisville, and Marquette path? It would be nearly impossible for this team to not be at attention and laser focused.

Mike Rice annoys me like few other people

I really don't know how much more I can watch this game. I'd rather watch ND's burn offense.

As I watch this all I can think is how the hell did this Rutgers team beat us and Florida?!

lavin's watching on tv.

We should root for SJU. See that DePaul score? They're unstoppable.

Revenge would be nice against Providence and Louisville.

And Marquette!

I'd prefer to 7pm games vs PC so I can watch when I get home from work and pending a W vs PC I can take a train in for the Louisville game.

ESPN just put up a graphic that had us penciled in as the 9 seed, are we definitely dependent on Rutgers winning?

Idiotic coaching by SJU burning their last timeout with Rutgers heading to the line up 1, 2.6 seconds left.

This is what i was hoping for too.

Just saw the draw on SNY. Depaul, then West Virginia, then Syracuse in the quarterfinals. Not liking running into the clear best team in the BE in front of a pro-Syracuse crowd at the Garden in only the quarter finals should we get that far. This is something I would hope to not have to deal with until the finals.

I like a draw that avoids NY area teams, especially 'Cuse.

Was at the Gampel tday, no one could be more obnoxious than Jamie Dixon!!!!!!!!!Can't stand Jay Wright either.

Does anyone know the situation with Steve Lavin and his prostate cancer? I thought he was going to return awhile ago, I'm worried he might be sicker than we are led to believe.

IF we get that far its not like we won't have fans in the building as well, plus since BE expansion the 1/9 matchup has seen a good number of upsets with the 1 having to play @ noon vs a team that has already got into a rhythm by playing already.

He's been out on the road recruiting so I think he's ok to come back next year.

We will have 40-50percent of the garden against Cuse. Bring it. We are the big dog come tourney time. Everyone fears UConn when winning time comes. Sorry Cuse fans, you don't want us and we know it.

i don't know if we'll have that much, but i'd rather play them during the day, because at night their fans would buy up all of the tix. i think during the day there may be a wider audience.

If UConn gets a 3rd crack at Syracuse, they're already dancing. Might as well give it a shot. The 10 seed road was the 3 worst matchups possible.
