If Maryland wins out they will still be conference champions. But conference champions sounds so much better than co-conference champions.

Go Rutgers.
Did you vote? Current poll shows 5-0 for NW? Or is it your head is for NW but heart is for RU?
As much as I understand your co-champ issue, it’s Rutgers and I can’t do it, go Wildcats!

Northwestern should win.

If we play like we did against Michigan tonight, we stand a chance. We need this one badly.

You guys got a tough stretch to end the season. NW, OSU, Wisc and Iowa. Fortunately, a win against Wisconsin and a win in the tournament gets you in.

Luckily the last three are at home.

63-37 thru Q3, NW taking Rutgers to the woodshed.

I'm frankly mystified that the committee had Mississippi State ranked ahead of Northwestern. NW has both better wins and "better" losses. They should be a 3 seed at this point. Key word *should*

Oh, aren't you cute, trying to use logic when discussing the NCAAAT Committee who will, once again and inexplicably include Tennessee in the tourney...

Good for Greenwich, Connecticut senior center Abbie Wolf, who recorded a double-double with 4 blocks. She's having a solid senior season for Northwestern, after barely getting on the court her first three years.

Not spectacular, but good enough to anchor the post position, and permit her team to achieve a record that I don't think anyone really thought possible.

Looks as though Maryland's tremendous talent is now coming together, with the team playing far better than earlier in the season. They should take Northwestern, but look for NW to go deep into the tournament.

And good for Wolf, hour hometown kid!!
