Him staying would be frigging ideal to build off of the continuity on offense we showed to end the season. Clutch.

Assume TJ would still be making $450K or whatever it is if he stays here. Maybe he gets that as an OC at ND but very very few other places. Assuming Diaco wants to keep TJ and it's TJ's choice if he stays or leaves, I say he stays. First big decision of the Diaco era.

If he goes to ND, why would you presume he would be OC? They might be looking at him as a WR coach. I hope he stays and since WM was instrumental in getting him here and he clearly demonstrated good results, I hope he has a role here.

But BD has to surround himself with coaches who have philosophies he subscribes to, are a good personality fit for staff and team, and who offer us the best chance to win.

Way too good of an opportunity to show his stuff on national television every week against top-flight competition.
