And San Diego

Can't speak for anyone else but I've never given that game another thought. That's the AJ ACL game. The San Diego three just stopped us from losing two days later.

Doesn't really make it feel much better, but Mason was at least an Elite Eight game. The feisty mid major underdogs who get that far have historically have played very well in that game against long odds (Gonzaga vs us, URI vs Stanford, Providence vs Arizona, Xavier vs Duke, Davidson vs Kansas, VCU vs Kansas, Butler vs Florida, Wichita State vs Ohio State, etc.). There are some exceptions, including us in 1963 when Duke beat us by 40. David Robinson's Navy team was crushed.

Duke now with five national titles in the last 24 years. The gold standard in college basketball. An unbelievable program.

I mean, really??? It's only been a year and according to him 5 in 24 is a dynasty and smu is the . 4 titles in 16 means nothing, lmao.

The comparison is we also went home after losing to a team that we had no business losing to. End of story.

My point is there is no way that the 2006 GMason team was either Lehigh or Mercer and they weren't. End of story!

I'm more worried about our conference affiliation than what this guy says. They are intertwined.

I am just glad this tournament and season are officially over. can we use NEXT in this context?

Lots of Duke "history" tweets being deleted lately.... wonder why that is...
