@navery12 @husky429 I agree that what we should do is spread the floor as much as possible, but are we sure that's what Hurley will do? I feel certain that Carlton, Sanogo, Whaley, Polley, and eventually Akok will be a part of the rotation. Unless you believe Carlton is completely phased out, and Sanogo spends the year as Whaleys primary backup at the 5. Not to mention Springs hopefully shows enough to be a part of the rotation.

I can't say for sure, it certainly seems like it would be tough to spread the floor with the roster we have. But then Hurley makes comments about Polley being the perfect stretch 4 and Whaley at the 5 and it seems like that's his thinking. Phasing Carlton out seems harsh, but I just don't see where the minutes are coming from this year. Even if I we play big I have a tough time fitting Carlton in for anything more than spot minutes.

The below isn't awful if you split the minutes right, even if it limits our 2 best players by clogging the lane

PG: Cole (25), Gaffney (15)
SG: Bouknight (25), Adams (10), Jackson (5)
SF: Jackson (15), Martin (15), Polley (10)
PF: Akok (15), Whaley (15), Polley (5), Martin (5)
C: Sanogo (20), Whaley (10), Carlton (10)

Gaffney’s playing more than 15 per. He’ll get time at the 2 for sure.

In Chief’s World, in the future state Sanogo is the power forward and Brown is the center.
Chief recognizes the game has changed, spread the court, hit the threes, etc. So Chief or senior Hurley’s World may not be Danny’s World.
and jeff adrien plays SF and Caron Butler plays SG and Rudy Gay plays PG?

Anyone know where to find the video of Sanogo in his kitchen cooking something? It was posted before he committed to us....

I knew I was short on someone but couldn't figure out who because I had too many minutes left for Carlton

Seems like 2, 4, 5 are set with Bouknight, Polley, Whaley. Seems like it's gonna come down to Cole/Gaffney at the 1 and Jackson/Martin at the 3. The thing with moving Whaley or Sanogo to the 4 is it really clogs the paint which limits a lot of what we all expect Jackson and Bouknight to do when they're in
I agree with everything you say, with the exception of not including Cole among the starters. I thought that I heard Coach Hurley say something about Bouknight and Cole being definite starters. I also could be misremembering.
