From the URL it looks like you're copying the page URL (maybe from the address bar) and not the photo URL. Right click over the photo to get the tools menu and select "Copy image location" from the choices. Then paste that into the BY's Image function. And no, you can't copy and paste images directly with the tool, just image location.
