Roster changes since April?

Am looking for info on significant changes to rosters that have occurred since April -- eg, key folks who transferred out or serious/season-ending injuries to important players.

I'm looking to see if I need to modify my pre-season rankings from the end of last year. I think I've heard of a few injuries, but haven't been fully keeping track. Thanks in advance.

I didnt realize DeShawn Hardin was leaving Oklahoma! She was a pretty good player off the bench for them as a freshman. Shocks me a little. Didnt see that one coming.....

She played in all 34 games (averaged over 13 minutes per game and 4ps 2 reb 2 assists).....
