about time this name gets on your guys radar. he has a bunch of fcs/low d1 offers but rutgers recently offered him. hes up at a tech school in hartford. him and newsome the 247 writer would be up very soon profile wise. im sure over time this thread will heat up as hes a local stud for that class to go with newsome and the kid up at salisbury among others.

A kid from the State Tech system would normally have a tough time qualifying and being successful at Storrs. However outstanding students do make it from the State System.

I'm not sure Holmes still holds an offer from Rutgers (or had one). Can't find any mention on any Rutgers sites or recruiting sites other than that original mention on 247 from March of 2012.

He has UConn, UMass, Stony Brook, URI, Maine and FIU offers best I can tell. Attended/Attending UMass camp (6/2), Temple camp (6/9), BC camp (from a 247 BC story he thought he'd receive and offer after BC camp but haven't seen anything) and UConn camp (6/15).
