You know, some kids could have taken the summer off and done what they wanted after finishing classes at NC State. But this kid decided to come right to UCONN and begin fitting in and experiencing college with a new group of guys. Love the attitude and hope he achieves his dreams in Storrs...

Yeah, and it shows that he is now truly ready to be away from "mama" as he put it, and the other distractions he mentioned that came from remaining in his home area.
