Lubin and Garrett, both juniors, were big parts of the Titans’ high-flying offense in 2012-13. Lubin, a 6-foot-8 forward who also has shown a sweet shot from the outside, averaged 19.6 points and 9.2 rebounds per outing and was a part of the 6A All-State second team. Garrett is perhaps the strongest athlete on The Times’ first team, and the 6-foot-7 guard/forward averaged a double-double in 2012-13 with 14.4 points and 10.2 rebounds per contest.
