RIP Paul, a legend of comedy

I know he wrote for Pryor among doing other things, but the skits that he appeared in on the Chappelle Show were all classics.

RIP to a comedy pioneer.

Much like Grodin, I had no idea Mooney was that old.

And much like Grodin, on talk shows, Mooney often portrayed someone more cantankerous than he actually was.

Chappelle respected him greatly, writing the foreword to Mooney's book. And that's how we got Negrodamus and "Ask a Black Dude".
