Gerry Marsden, lead singer of Gerry and the Pacemakers, has died at age 78. Gerry and the Pacemakers were another band out of Liverpool and were part of the British Invasion in 1964. They had big hits with How Do You Do It, Don’t Let the Sun Catch You Crying and Ferry Cross the Mersey.
