Pittsburgh television legend , pioneer female weathercaster in 1952, widow of Pittsburgh sports voice Ed Conway, First female television reporter at WTAE and first female solo news anchor at WPXI. Amazing woman who crashed the party of all male broadcasters, she will be missed by all Pittsburghers, and ex Pittsburghers of which there are many on the Boneyard. What a year!

Oh man - Eleanor Schano. I remember seeing her on WTAE news while watching with my Dad in Western Pa. as a kid.
