Righting the Ship

Uconn has another possible DYNASTY staring
at the rest of the teams in the D1. I believe with this team and when Uconn gets Qlivia Vucosa next year Uconn can win 4 NC's in a row again. The BIGGEST factor for the HUSKIES is " we have GENO and CHRIS and they don't"If you really think about it, 4 in a row IS POSSIBLE !When GENO and CHRIS finally retire, I want them to go out in a BIG BANG. The most successful coaching tandem ever in the history of ALL sports.. GO GENO AND CHRIS!!!!!! GO HUSKIES!!!!!!!!

Just one tiny bit of trivia:

Sarah shot 38.8% from 3, but this included a 2 for 15 stretch in her first few games. I have no idea what was behind that, but if you discount that stretch, she shot 42% for the rest of the season. Would it be rash to expect her to continue shooting at that rate this season?

I'm confused by this post. How often does UCONN blow big leads? I feel like it happens very rarely and not enough to even be talked about. In my opinion, UCONN is the best team in the country at keeping their foot on the pedal and closing out games. Geno doesn't allow his players to let up, the standard is the same for the best player on the team and the 15th player off of the bench.
Have to agree. Not unusual when UConn has a lead (i.e. for UConn, this is most games) for other team to go for broke and throw up a lot of 3's, cutting into the lead. Geno is one of the coaches that tends to play his starters late into the game so unusual to be an issue. When you look at UConn's record the past 20+ years, blowing big leads unlikely to be one of Geno's top concerns.
