Ricky Moore question

Why is Ricky Moore allowed on the bench? I've noticed him there at the games I've gone to this year, and meant to ask. I even looked it up to make sure my memory was right, and he's listed as Assistant Director of Basketball Operations, a non-coaching position. I'm not complaining at all, just curious.

Freeman held the same position last year and sat on the bench. They just can't coach in-game.

Director of basketball operations can sit on the bench during games. They can't instruct on the court for practices though. Not sure if there are restrictions on them during games.

With Coach Ollie plus RM and KFree we have got 3 former Huskies on the bench who worked their butts off for the success they had. Heck throw in former Huskies, 5'8" Karl Hobbs and Miller and we have a great staff to get kids to buy in to the team and hard work concepts that have led to our success this year. It's great to see Moore and Freeman on the bench again.
