I thought he always has been cleared. I remember reading an article how Ricky was shocked he had not been hired anywhere. I guess he was not officially cleared until now.

Better than nothing but the NCAA wrote that letter in a half empty not half full type of style.
Using the American, innocence unless proven guilty standard, not a big fan of this letter. Should have been more positive. It was about CYA by the NCAA, just case in another assistant coach’s wife had some more gossip to dump on someone.
