its a basketball conf now. lets asume ruty/uconn goto the acc and wvu to the sec. usf/cincy/lville then jump in with the b12 leftovers to keep a bcs tag. lets also count out ND.

BE-prov/nova/gtown/sju/marq/shu/dep/marq
they need to add some high mid majors who are ready for a physical league compared to others. schools that have mk's to bring to the table and fit the footprint.
off the top of my head, first thing is they need to move the conf tney to phili. why? becuase for the pr sake of the conf, they will get smoked in a bidding war with the new acc over msg. that will look horrible. being proactive by moving will make things seem better transistion wise.
now lets add teams/mk's.
uri? no, prov has that covered. same to be sad with other phili schools, we may revisit phili though if we did infact move the conf tney...
add butler. they bring a mk, a recent sucess story and a hot coach to the league. then by adding butler you follow through by adding dayton/xavier. duq brings pitts back into the mk as well. richmond adds a mk along with a buffalo school. you make the choice on what school from that area.
BE8+dayton/xavier/butler/duq/rich
thats 13. now add a buffalo team and siena(albany mk and recent sucess). lastly goto boston and get a team. lets say its bu. that helps mk wise. now u have 16 teams that play a round robin in bball and 1 rival a year. this league gets 3-7 bids a year and is a huge sucess story for mid majors to consistently play and make runs in th ncaat. but we all know that BE leadership won't be proactive.
