18-7 Richmond up with 8 minutes left in the half. RU already has 6 fouls too, compared with Richmond's 2.
 
In some ways I'm not surprised. Richmond showed some real talent in the tournament last year.
 
Richmond puts solid teams together more often than not. I don't even know that I will call this an upset. Rutgers is still Rutgers.
