Actually happy it was just a shoe and not her knee or poor practice that was the problem. She played pretty well while she was in. Seemed very focused. Posted up very strong, really wanting the ball. No chance of it coming back out after she got it. Went right to the hoop.

Yes, it would have been terrible if she brought the wrong knee with her!

They get their shoes from Nike. They are not in the position where they need to wear out their shoes before they get another pair. I'm sure they all have multiple pairs all the time.

I am not sure about the women but I know that the men get a new pair of sneakers and whatever else{wristbands, headbands,l shooting sleeves, dri fit compression gear, etc) they want from Nike every week.
