Rich: Geno looking for better rebounding

Part of the reason for not rebounding well is it is more difficult to do so when you're in a zone. We were in it a lot this last game truying to stay out of foul trouble and giving our 40 minute players some rest

Interesting situation. From last year, Kiah is up hugely, Stef, Stewie and MoJeff up significantly, Bria a bit up, and Kaleena is down significantly in her lesser amount of games. The big problem is that Kelly and Morgan combined for 9.1 or 22% of last year's rebounds, and that's now gone. One thing is that it seems the Huskies don't underestimate the opponents' shooting enough and often expect normal caroms in stead of the crap bounces off the bottom of rims or air balls, and Kelly with her court smarts was very good at cleaning up those mid-range miscues before they got to the opponents, and big players often have trouble getting to those types of rebounds.
