I recall the convo... if that is the case, maybe they figure this turf is already dead and need will be re-sodded anyway?

I hope they consider replacing HUSKIES with UCONN in the enzone in front of the student section, but that is a minor wish.

100% agree... And put the new logo large at the 50... lose the UCONN at the 50 which is minor league if you ask me.

Yes, I didn't understand how the blue end zone connected to Sandy Hook. I would imagine that they do something in remembrance, like a moment of silence... I dont think they have all year? Or maybe a green ribbon helmet sticker?

If you look on the field there are two ribbons above and below the UCONN on the 50.

Thanks... didn't notice that before... initially I actually looked around each 25 yard marker...c an't believe i missed it.
