Regional ticket questions

I bought a couple of tickets last October for Albany - all sessions. I bought then through ticketmaster. In the past I got the tickets mailed a couple of weeks before the games. I haven't received anything. I have a credit card receipt. My problem is that my Ticketmaster account shows nothing. Do I have a problem? Have others received their tickets? I have no idea if the tickets will be mailed or if they are electronic.

I could use help about how to go about re-selling them. Thanks.
