Refund on category difference for BET

Has anyone/heard seen anything from ticket office? There was no mention of it in the email with the tickets and iI haven’t seen a refund.

They emailed me for two tickets they're refunding me 133 I just told them to leave it in my account figured could be a credit towards Brooklyn hopefully
