That guy tried to fix the backboard with the dinkiest strip of tape.

A P5 school would have slapped three yards of duct tape up there.

Rule #1 of maintenance in the military.

#1- If it moves and it's not supposed to move- tape it.
#2 If it doesn't move and it's supposed to move- lube it.
#3 It it doesn't move and it's not supposed to move- paint it.
