I used to fallow the rules much more when I was younger but are Juniors now allowed to take official visits? I have seen many refer to the fact that Hamilton from California will be taking an official visit during the first weekend of May. Has the rule been tweaked or am I reading this wrong??

Juniors could always take official visits, they just had to take SATs first.

They can now take official visits after January 1st of their junior years.
