What's the story on Felicia Aiyeotan. To my untrained eye, she seems like a kid with huge potential. A project perhaps, but a 6'9" project. In fact, why doesn't Geno simplify recruiting by offering scholarships to the entire team of Blair Academy starters. That team is loaded. Ok, now you know why no one has offered me a position as coach.

I watched Aiyeotan play. She is a long tem project for a mediocre division 1 team. If a recruiting service ranks her highly, it's only because she played on a team they had a relationship with.
Yes, that does happen.

I'm thinking the prospect of #32 wearing Husky blue is looking better by the minute. I'm thinking that #13 from The Colony TX is looking just as good.
Jordy: Have you been hanging out with Coach P?

If our 2017 class includes this player, it will be really, really, really good.

Who is this?

Who is this?
That is Megan Walker, a 6'1" wing and the #1 ranked recruit in the 2017 class. Jade Williams is number 13 from The Colony, TX. She a is a highly ranked 2017 post/forward (6'3").

No man. It just seems to me these ladies are low hanging grapes just ready to be plucked from Geno's vineyard.

I am not up on all of the recruiting rules but when can 2017 recruit begin making "official" visits to schools they are interested in? I remember KLS, Collier, and Boykin all came in the spring after their junior year I believe.
Official visits limited to 5 Total and 1 per school can start as early as Spring "Quiet" period this year April8-10 2016 of the players Junior year of HS.
Full recruiting calendar is here:
http://www.ncaa.org/sites/default/files/Women's Basketball.pdf
And the NCAA definitions of Dead, Quiet, Evaluation , Contact periods can be found here:
http://www.ncaa.org/student-athletes/resources/recruiting-calendars

So Megan Walker & Jade Williams strictly FYI and for planning purposes there is likely to be a Parade/Celebration near Storrs on or about 8 April. If necessary it could get postponed to the 9 or 10 ( if we knew you were coming for sure) because you may have school on Friday the 8th. I'm just saying!
