Recruiting the Nike event in Phoenix?

We have read that Geno is now purposefully wandering around the west looking at UConn targets.
I wonder if he or maybe one of his staff might log some serious flight mileage during the Nike event...Dec. 20-23. We play Oakland in the evening of Dec. 19 [Wednesday]....and then UHart on Saturday afternoon [Dec. 22]. Maybe CD or Shea or Marisa fly out early Thursday morn....take in action that day and on Friday and catch a late flight back to Bradley to be here for UHart.

Among those playing every day in Phoenix: Courtney, Saniya, Sierra Calhoun, Jordan Canada...and who knows who else...maybe some stud frosh or sophs we are considering. Brianna Turner and A'ja
Wilson? Their teams are not playing in the event.

It is not unheard of for one of the assistants to miss a game while on the recruiting trail so the bench might be a little short for one or both of the games.
