This may be unlikely, but I wonder if any internationals are interested in UConn or vice versa. Did anyone look at the rosters for teenagers, particularly those with no pro experience? There are some good players here.

I wonder how many of the Overseas Basketball Federations encourage their elite players to attend school in the US. Also many countries have pro leagues where a young player could get more experience and coaching then they would if they attended college in the US.

Used to be the thing to do (see ODU). It's dropped of a little tbthe top DI Level.. I can imagine some reasons why - costs being the primary one.

Angola had a kid or two looking for college scholarships. They also has a kid or two that would be reasonably useful. Not starters by any means but kids who could play and add some depth.
