Recommendations for Key West and Miami - next week

Hi folks,
Wife and I are headed down to Key West/Miami for a short trip - basically 2 days each location. We have been to Key West for a half day as part of a cruise and had very little interaction in Miami other than the cruise port. We don't golf or go to shows. Enjoy good (especially spicy and seafood)food and libations, beach, outdoor activities, botanical gardens. A boat cruise could be fun as well. Staying in Coral Gables in Miami, Marriott beachside in KW. I perused the BY and found this stuff, looking for additional advice.

Key West:
Kelly's Caribbean Bar, Grill & Brewery, Hog's Breath Saloon, Santiago's Bodega
Patio Beach adjacent to Fort Zachary Taylor
Duval St and Mallory Square
The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory

Miami:
Joe's Stone Crab
Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden
Vizcaya Museum & Gardens
City of Coral Gables : Venetian Pool
Key Biscayne/beach?

In Key West, we liked Mo's and Pepe's for restaurants. The Butterfly thing is OK, just make sure you get a coupon someplace. Duval St. is great if you like to drink.
