I think Stanford does the same thing plus they have the extra barrier of high academic scores to contend with...........it appears that Dawn at South Carolina does it too because otherwise, half her talented players would have transferred because they don't start............most other programs would love to recruit that way but real talent is hard to pass up even when it comes with baggage..........every coach thinks they can change a player's attitude but it doesn't always work out that way.....
