Maybe you were thinking about that credentialed expert who recently described the SEC's "Mastery of the World of wcbb." Which is understandable, in a goofy way. He probably got mixed up geographically when he saw that Tennessee lambasted Tennessee State -- and thought it was like Ohio whipping Ohio State.
