I am all in on St Louis. It is the 20th largest market, ahead of Milwaukee, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Omaha.

Without an NBA team they are the only show in town for basketball. They have a 10000 seat campus arena and the 19000 seat Enterprise Center downtown.

The program would take off with Top 25 Big East opponents coming to town
Spot on. By far the best realistic addition.

Once UConn goes ACC, Big East adds VCU/UMass and StL
Nobody in MA cares about UMass. Boston is a pro town as is eastern state and they are irrelevant. Western MA is kinda into UConn mens and women’s basketball based on family and friends.
