I know it's all about money and greed, but I'd hate to see any school get left out. It may not be likely, but it'd be nice to combine the conferences for the 20 football playing schools and align 2 divisions geographically. Something like this...
I left a space between the last 2 on each side because I actually think/hope we'll see something like the top 16 happen very soon.
SOUTH--------NORTH

ND can stay independent in football and remain with the non BCS ex-Big East schools for other sports including basketball until they're ready to join the BIG10 full time. Perhaps this group can add 2 more somewhere.

TCU really makes no sense geographically. Hopefully they'd catch on out west somewhere.
