I cannot (do not) believe the NFL never saw the tape before. I just watched Draft Day over the weekend, which most NFL associates say is an accurate representation of the hours leading up to the first round (well not the whole Jennifer Gardner piece, but you gotta appease more than the sports fan demographic.). If the Cleveland Browns have access to a private detective, have sources in the Madison, Wisconsin Sherriff's office and can deduce that Bo Callahan will be a bust, the NFL had access to the security footage in real life from a know defunct Atlantic City casino..in which, as Terry Benedict let us all know (Ref: Ocean's Eleven, 2001), "In my hotels, there's always someone watching."
