Well - Wade tried to throw him an alley-oop from mid court. He didn't look so young trying to go up and get that one.

He also broke Miller's career 3-point record in the playoffs, which is kind of impressive, given how many years in his prime were spent out of the playoffs.

It will be interesting to see how long he can keep that record. Ray certainly has gas left in the tank but Kobe is not far behind, but it is also not clear how much longer Kobe will play, may depend on how well he heals from the Achilles injury will certainly be a factor.

Ray's got a lot left in the tank. He scored 23 to James' 22. Not bad for a playoff game.

He will be 38 in July. It will be interesting to see how long he lasts in the league.

With Miami's flexible defensive schemes and their emphasis on the corner 3, Ray could play til he's 40.

It's just a shame he had to spend most of his prime on those awful teams in Milwaukee and Seattle.

I'm amazed that a lot of people still consider Reggie the best long-range shooter of all time. Ray's got him safely beat in both 3-point and FT percentage, the 3-pointers made record and he's been just as clutch throughout his career. Plus, Reggie had a few years with a shorter 3-point line to work with.

(Note: I know some will argue Jerry West, but it's too hard to compare since he never played with a 3-point line.)

Not many guys score 23 points in a playoff game at age 38. Ray is a key piece of this Heat championship run.

His regular season career 3 point record should stand for a long, long time.

Inside the NBA did a great piece on Ray, his first playoff 3 pointer was in the face of Reggie Miller in the 99 playoffs. There is alot of mutual respect there between Ray and Reggie, it will either be JC or Reggie introducing Ray into the HOF.
