5) Navy

(3-6 pretty close)

West:

1) Boise
2) Cincinnati
3) Houston
4) SMU
5) Louisville
6) Air Force

I find it difficult to believe that Cincy is a better football team at the moment than Houston or SMU.

totally premature. ESPN is reporting Boise and Air Force will most likely say no, and Navy is not really interested as Army said no.
