These transfers do nothing but help us ultimately by bringing in more ready for Hurley (in case of Diggins) and more impactful/less timid (Gaffney). It seems he learns each offseason so that's a positive but he doesn't have forever when he's losing round 1 and 2. He's gotta stop worrying about undertalented vets playing time, get the best players that are good culture guys and let the best man win.
