Rahsool Diggins called the UConn coaching staff around 6:30 Friday morning to tell them the news. It was time. Although he had been wanting to commit sooner, his father told him to wait a few weeks to make sure it wasn’t just an emotional decision. UConn kept checking in, which closed the deal, Rahsool Diggins Sr. said.
