College has some of that. Some of the freshman classes, like geography, psych 101, that probably works. Those are mostly about cramming facts into your head. But if that is all college is, nobody should go anywhere but community college. They do that just fine. The idea is to be in a shared environment where you are not just learning fact A, you are learning how to learn. How to think about things differently. How to debate.
