Quarter finals...

The FIBA site has the USA as the last game of the day, but the Istanbul newspapers show the USA game at 7pm and the Turkey game at 9:15 local time. Be warned yee with DVRs. Not sure which is correct. No confusion for those of us here... We will be there for all four quarterfinals

Last night was CRAZY... We went to dinner meeting TJI and UConnCat at a famous kebab restaurant located about 2km from Sultanahmet, where TJI and Cat are staying... About 30km from where we are in the 'burbs... It took us 2 hours and 15 minutes to get there, late, at 8:15PM. It took TJI and Cat over an hour to go by taxsi over an hour. CRAZY traffic in Istanbul at all hours. On the way home we saw 3 accidents... Just NUTS here on the highways... It is everyman for himself (herself) when in a vehicle in Istanbul...

By the way, dinner and the company, was fabulous...

Surprising that Turkey is not the last game. I wonder if the crowd will thin out if Turkey loses.

NBA TV has now listed the game at 2 PM where as earlier this morning it was listed at 12 Noon.
