Toure is a better version of Stew & Ross combined but lacks shooting which is a big thing for Hurley style of play … toure was always a Arkansas or st.John’s type of players to me

Would happily have traded County for Toure if that was an option lol. If his family wasn't so high maintenance I'd be losing my mind over us missing out on him.

Samson Johnson would like to have a word with you! He was extremely athletic but was the only one in this year's and last year's team. Even though I think Mullins is "sneaky athletic". LOL!

True that - Samson was a very gifted athlete. I always thought he would have been a better olympic sports athlete.

I do miss those nasty blocks and rim rattling dunks he did last year. We really don't have either this year. Those are the things that can really get a team pumped. Those two Alley-oop dunks against Purdue and Edey in the Championship game 2 years ago were huge.

That was the one thing about him - the rim running dunks were electric and a crowd energizer. Our current team barely dunks. Alex has had a breakaway or two, Solo. Far and few between.

This place is nuts. The center position is a major strength for us this season. We're 20-1, last season we had 6 losses through our first 21 games and the people who bashed Samson last season and freaked out about him starting over Tarris are now bashing Tarris and talking wistfully about Samson.

Ross has a pretty good one as well on a breakaway. Even fewer and further between.
