READ - my other degree is from UCLA. This locally renowned sports reporter writing how bored he was at the UCLA-Utah game. You have to be exciting ... I guess. Look, however, the tone of this whole article. He just confronted the HC Jim Mora Jr. and asked what can happened to make his winning ballclub more entertaining.

PP is completely incapable of putting on an offensive show. But he does put up interesting games, even if we lose. At least from my perspective. UConn football is here to stay. We need to stop acting as if it's over. I don't know how many times we need to have the administration emphasize that football is very important to the athletic department. We have new facilities that are amongst the best in football. Our stadium just could use some brickwork. Looks fine, as is. But brickwork would be cool.

If he thinks that was boring, torturous. He should be made to sit through one of our games. That game yesterday, after it started so great with our three drives to open the game, became like nails on a chalkboard.

I guess I can enjoy ineptitude too. Only temporary. We have four ranked members in this next incarnation of the Big East. People were complaining about Temple on the schedule. Well, they beat us. And the game was our largest home crowd.
