I noticed the same thing. The announcers said Purdue generally makes about five 3-pointers per game. Tonight they made 13 out of 22. Can you imagine the rout if they weren't hitting a ridiculous % of 3's? It would have been equivalent to the blowouts of Marist and Wake.

Yes, they got almost nothing in the paint. I think this
will be Purdue's Achilles heel in their Big 10 campaign,
although, as the game crew noted, if that bulky freshman
Manuel gets in shape she could develop into an effective
post for them.

UConn needs to do a better job defensing the three; however, some of those shots were by players shooting out of their minds, with a hand in their face. Sometimes a team is hot, but they had only eight points to 46 in the paint. They had no other option.
